Disaster Planning Frameworks

FEMA has developed National Planning Frameworks to describe how the whole community works together to achieve the National Preparedness Goal. There is one Framework for each of the five mission areas: Prevention, Protection, Mitigation, Response, and Recovery.

Professional Health Care Team Mandates and Ethics

Health care providers and members of the professional health care team have an obligation to deliver care and services that are consistent with professional ethics standards.
