LibKey Nomad
LibKey Nomad is a free browser extension that streamlines access to the Libraries' full text content from Wikipedia, PubMed, journal publisher sites, Google Books, and other websites with journal and book references.
Follow these steps to set up and use LibKey Nomad.
- Get the LibKey Nomad extension (or add-on) for your browser.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add the extension to your browser.
- You will be prompted to "select organization". Type PennWest in the search box and click PennWest University to add it as your institution.
Once the extension is installed (you may need to restart your browser) a LibKey Nomad button will appear on websites with articles or books (PubMed, publisher websites, Wikipedia, etc). Here are some Nomad buttons you will see:
Single-click PDF access to library full text.
Full text is available; click for access options.
Link directly to library ebooks.
