MGMT 3700: Operations Management

Students will learn the importance of Operations Management to the firm, and the different challenges faced when delivering goods versus services. They will also learn how to perform layout, location, inventory and other operations analyses along with how Operations Management has become more sustainability focused over time. PREREQUISITE: QBA 2000 and MGMT 3000.
