MGMT 3110: Organizational Behavior

This course explores the dynamics of organizations, focusing on building knowledge and skills that improve managerial effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on understanding individual, group, and organization-level behaviors in an inclusive, ethical, and global environment through application to case studies, reflection, and collaborative activities.
