If you experience difficulty accessing an ebook, the following are a few general things to try. The other tabs to the left provide additional information as well as specific tips and strategies for getting the most out of your ebook experience.
- Wait a few minutes and try again. For some resources we have a limited number of simultaneous users. When the maximum number of users are logged in, you could be denied access.
- Try a different browser (e.g., Firefox, Chrome, Edge) and/or computer. ProQuest, for example, does NOT recommend the use of Safari for any of their ebooks.
- Try reloading the page.
- Ensure your version of iOS (Mac) or Windows (PC) is up-to-date.
- Ensure your browser is up-to-date and that it is configured to accept cookies.
- Be aware that ebooks are NOT lendable for interlibrary loan (ILL) nor requestable via EZBorrow.
